1.Corporate & MSME Loan (Manufacturing & Other Related Unit)
Eligibility:-
- a. Clients with more than 10 Crore turnover.
- b. Self-owned Factory and Residence.
- c. Sufficient Work order to justify the loan requirement.
2.Retail Business Loan
Eligibility:-
- a. Clients with more than 2 Crore turnover.
- b. Self-owned office/work place and Residence.
- c. Client with profitable business.
3. PL (Personal Loan)- Professional and Salaried Individuals
Eligibility:-
- a. Individual (Professional) having more than 5 lakh Annual Taxable Income
- b. Salary above 50000 per month
- c. Minimum 2 year job continuity with the Company
- d. Self-owned Residence.
4. LAP (Loan against Property)
Eligibility:-
- a. Loan amount up to 50% of Property Value.
- b. All approved residential/commercial and Industrial Property
- c. Clients with Profitable Business.
